How Long Will It Take To Ship out My Order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped out in 3 business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Due to a high volume period, such as holiday season, your order may take longer than anticipated. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
What Shipping Methods Are Available for U.S. Domestic Shipping?
Laloirelle offer two shipping methods of USPS First Class shipping and USPS Priority shipping. Both methods include a shipping tracking number. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose from the shipping methods.
All U.S. domestic orders over $70 US Dollars qualify for free shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping options are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country. The shipping cost does not include import duties and taxes. If you want Laloirelle to pre-calculate duties and taxes costs and include them in the shipping cost, please contact us at info@laloirelle.com. Please visit the International Orders page for more information.
All international orders over $200 US Dollars qualify for free shipping, or discounted shipping with up to $25 off.
How to Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
Payment information
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.
Your payment process is absolutely secure. All the payment transactions are processed via the Paypal platform. Paypal offers extra layers of security to stores and encrypt all your financial information (like your credit card number) in their servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with any 3rd party, including Laloirelle!
Do You Charge Sales Tax or Import Tax?
For U.S. domestic order, sales tax is applied based on your shipping address.
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid by customers upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Laloirelle at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. If you want Laloirelle to pre-calculate duties and taxes costs and include them in the shipping cost, please contact us at info@laloirelle.com.

Orders and returns
How do I place an Order?
Orders can be placed in our online store. To place your order, enter the quantity and click “ADD TO CART” for each product. Next, go to your cart to proceed to checkout. During checkout, please enter the billing information as well as the shipping address if it is different from your billing address. Next, click “Continue to Payment” to complete your payment. On the next page, you will be given the option to pay with your PayPal account, or “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?
We manufacture our products in small batches. We do our best to have all products in stock. In case a product is out of stock, we will provide the expected back-to-stock date in the listing.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us to request to cancel or change your order before shipping is processed. Note that changes can not be guaranteed depending on the processing time.
What is your return policy?
For U.S. domestic orders, please send an email with your order number to info@laloirelle.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping cost. If the product is unopened, we can exchange it for another Laloirelle product, refund or charge the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a returned item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
Laloirelle does not accept International Returns.
What if my package arrives damaged?
For domestic orders, if your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@laloirelle.com. The damaged items will be replaced.
For international orders, product insurance is included for orders over $50.
