The Navajo People: The Diné - Children of the Holy People
The Navajo people, known for their rich culture and history, are also commonly referred to as the Diné. The word 'Diné' means 'The People' or 'Children of the Holy People' in the Navajo language. The Navajo Nation is currently the largest federally recognized tribe in the United States.
